What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the greater Spokane, WA area including Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call at (509) 590-9889.

Question 2

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 7 days advance notice to ensure tote availability and schedule your delivery. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak moving season (May–September).

Question 3

How long is the standard rental period?

Our standard rental period is 2 weeks (14 days). Need more time? Add an Additional Week for $50 at checkout, or contact us to arrange a custom rental period.

What size are the totes?

All of our totes are 27-gallon heavy-duty plastic bins with secure snap-on lids. They stack easily, are waterproof, and hold up to 50 lbs each — perfect for books, clothes, kitchen items, and more.

Question 5

How does delivery and pick-up work?

We deliver clean, stacked totes directly to your door and pick them up from your new address when your rental period ends. You choose a 4-hour delivery window (8AM–12PM, 12PM–4PM, or 4PM–8PM) at checkout.

Question 6

What is the security deposit for?

A $100 refundable security deposit is held on your card at checkout. It is fully released within 3–5 business days after your totes are returned and inspected. The deposit is only charged if totes are damaged, lost, or not returned.

Question 7

What happens if I damage or lose a tote?

Accepted Answer

Damage charges are: cracked lid $15, cracked tote body $25, lost or unreturned tote $35, lost or damaged dolly $75. Any charges are first deducted from your security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, we will notify you before charging the card on file.

Question 8

Why is my card saved on file?

By completing checkout you authorize us to save your payment method for the duration of the rental period. This allows us to recover costs for unreturned totes, damage beyond the deposit, or extended rental fees if needed. You will always be notified before any post-rental charge is processed.

Question 9

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable. To cancel, call us at (509) 590-9889 or email contact@boxlesspnw.com.

Question 10

Do you offer a moving dolly?

Yes! A moving dolly is available as an add-on at checkout. It is included free with the Pro Plan (40 totes). The dolly makes moving heavy stacks of totes much easier.

Are the totes clean?

Absolutely. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We take pride in delivering fresh, ready-to-use totes to every customer.

How is this better than cardboard boxes?

Accepted Answer

Plastic totes are stronger, waterproof, and stack uniformly — making loading and unloading faster. You skip the time spent sourcing, assembling, and breaking down cardboard boxes, and there is zero waste to deal with after your move.
